The hot-forging department works with highly advanced systems
which allow GV Stamperie
to be extremely competitive as far as quality
and lead times are concerned.
GV Stamperie has also implemented a plant turn-over policy to
improve productivity and
quality.
To eliminate the risk of human mistakes, GV
Stamperie makes use of electric furnaces with automatic
temperature-setting programmes, which also contribute to increase
product quality. Every tooling operation is documented in detail
for an optimal machine use by the operators and to keep a constant
quality. |
