Design and engineering
Thanks to the use of the latest design technology and the attentive
care, definitely nothing is casual or approximate at GV
Stamperie. Starting from the offer, the company staff
carries out a feasibility analysis followed by the purchase
order and product design.
The technical department designs the parts which will have to
be submitted to the customers for approval or checks the drawings
supplied by the customers themselves. |
In this
delicate stage, the ace up GV Stamperie’s
sleeve is undoubtedly represented by the innovative simulation
software which allows to create virtual samples even before
machine tooling.
This leads to a more precise design, cuts down tooling costs
as well as sampling times.
The designs are transferred to the production dpt. through a
fully automated and highly accurate CAD-CAM procedure. |
