Thanks to the huge investments made to purchase the best instruments on the market, the company is nowadays equipped with 2 metrology rooms: 1 Die-making department: numerical control ZEISS C 700 used to check dies, tools and graphite electrodes. |

| 2 Machining departement:
ZEISS PRISMO 7 (U3 precision index 2,3 micron/300 millimetres), used
to check production parts and monitor the part temperature to obtain
the max. precision, high quality and to minimise dispersion. Furthermore, the parts roughness and profile are checked by means of a profilometer and a projector respectively. |
