The Customer satisfaction and the enviromental respect:
a double success of GV Stamperie in the challenge of quality

In November, 2003, GV Stamperie reached two important goals,
VISION 2000 Certification and ISO14001 Certification.
Few other firms in Europe could be able to reach the same level.
DNV (Det Norske Veritas) gave to GV Stamperie the ISO 9001 Certification ed.2000, better known as VISION 2000.
This revision also introduced the System to manage quality, which is the factory complete organization and its processes, having the aim of the continuous improvement and the Customers Satisfaction.
All the System, in fact, refers to the Customer as the starting and arrival point: GV Stamperie organization always works in this way, collecting the Customer instances to give the best service as possible and periodically verifies his satisfaction.

Furthermore, GV Stamperie, confirming to the increasing interest for the environmental respect, obtained the ISO14001 Certificate, which establishes the policy of the factory as regards to the environment, in these directories:
- continuous improvement of the environmental system
- system oriented to the defilement prevention
- accordance with all the environmental laws
After a preliminary exam of the environmental situation of the factory, in order to define the impact of its manufacturing in the territory, GV Stamperie defined its environmental protection system, and is the first hot forging factory in Europe who could obtain this important acknowledgement.
